I'll go to your property and measure the structure to the 1/8" degree of precision. As-Built services are billed on an hourly basis. With the sketches, clients will also receive a dimensioned (or un-dimensioned) floor plan and all exterior elevations.

I start with field sketching the structure, digitizing and drawing the existing structure, and then performing the detailed 3D modeling and drafting.
